- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish ethical guidelines and risk mitigation protocols for experimental technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for prototyping
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
