Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipeline
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting future innovation
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE)
