Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies with strategic potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging threats/opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
