Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to validate quantum processor capabilities
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure federal/grant funding
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
