- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior technologists in strategic thinking and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
