Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026+ horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes for tech disruption
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through design thinking and agile methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
