Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with physics researchers to develop novel quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era data infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum principles and implementation
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or equivalent research
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
- Strong analytical skills for complex system optimization challenges
