Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on qubit integration
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for industrial applications
- Present architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
