Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and assessment of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, biotech fusion)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment across global operations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into scalable solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven reports
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting next-generation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism journals
