Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) and assess their impact on our 2026 business strategy
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation ROI and adoption rates
- Publish thought leadership reports on future technology convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
