Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biocomputing, and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Present innovation frameworks and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for next-gen technologies
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and adoption curves
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
