- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions in biotech, climate tech, and immersive computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum internet) and assess commercial viability
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive ethics frameworks for AI/ML deployments ensuring alignment with global sustainability goals
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and translating them into market-ready solutions
- Experience with emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI/ML deployments and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products or services in emerging tech domains
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
