Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national laboratories
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible innovation implementation
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio allocation across experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaborations
