Responsibilities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech adoption with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite to evaluate technology investments and partnerships
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ engineers
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale project delivery
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling
- Certifications in AI governance, blockchain, or quantum computing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
