- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech interfaces) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical technology adoption frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
