Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (blockchain 4.0, neuromorphic AI, carbon-negative tech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technologies with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants or venture funding
- Strong network connections with global tech research institutions
