Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or C-suite innovation roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or bioinformatics
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to unicorn status
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish required
- Top 1% percentile on strategic foresight assessments
