Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems) with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience in emerging technology adoption cycles (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of implemented tech strategy initiatives with measurable ROI
