Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities with $100M+ potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio with 15+ concurrent projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and leading tech startups
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patent-worthy innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
