- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Monitor global tech policy trends and advise on ethical AI/governance frameworks
- Represent InnovateFuture at Davos, CES, and Web Summit as keynote speaker
- Mentor emerging tech entrepreneurs through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) and sustainable tech standards
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets with 30%+ ROI
