- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify partnership opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$5M
