Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within tech/finance sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ implementations)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical tech deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
