Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in developing and executing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.) and market adoption patterns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
