- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with revenue targets
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and whitepapers
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience advising C-level teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
