Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build next-gen innovation talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with international technology policy frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Portfolio of successfully launched disruptive innovations
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
