Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and 2026 innovation targets
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing, or metaverse architecture
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and exponential growth models
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS Quantum) required
- Prior experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
