Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategic Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architecture for Generative AI models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for AI security, data governance, and model deployment (MLOps).
- Prototype and validate novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or readiness is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
