Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for emerging technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks and intellectual property strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams
- Present technology visions to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future innovations
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting next-generation commercial applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Portfolio of patents, publications, or major technology launches
