- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen innovations
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle and market analysis
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
