Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with 2026 market demands
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futuristic solutions into core business strategy
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across 3 global innovation hubs
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-tech initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent
