Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen products and services
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
