- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technology adoption strategies and ROI projections
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech initiatives and regulatory developments affecting future innovation
- Establish KPIs for technology implementation success and track adoption metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation access
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management background with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
