- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable implementation of breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with business transformation initiatives
- Establish governance protocols for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance in future ecosystems
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation product development
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech integration)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications of disruptive innovations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Track record of launching at least three market-defining technology initiatives
