Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech integration, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or journals
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
