Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform innovation priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology visions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and financial modeling
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
