Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to generate future-focused solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a network of tech innovators, researchers, and venture partners
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption and advise mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
