Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop and maintain the corporate technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct ROI assessments for emerging tech investments including quantum, neuromorphic computing, and biotech integration
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with potential 2026 market disruption
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite stakeholders

- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
