- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech including generative AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversees integration of new technologies into existing enterprise architecture
- Build and lead a specialized technology foresight team of 5-8 analysts
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML or quantum solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience with patent analysis and technology valuation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certification in technology management (CTM) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership with P&L responsibility
