Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to generate future-focused solutions
- Create detailed implementation roadmaps for pilot programs and scalable tech deployments
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure strategic compliance
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Mentor a team of futurists and tech analysts to foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past strategic technology roadmaps
