- Forecast market disruptions and position company as industry thought leader
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture capital

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching market-defining innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or similar funding
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
