Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their commercial potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives through 2026
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage technology incubation programs for internal innovation projects
- Monitor competitor technology strategies and identify competitive advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future market trends
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology transformations
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
