Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and technological adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future tech deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CDT, CFTE)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with executive presence
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
