Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across 15+ global markets
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI milestones
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolios for breakthrough projects
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record scaling $100M+ innovation programs
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/AI)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford/MIT/Harvard)
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
