- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to align technology adoption with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Create ROI models and risk assessments for emerging technology investments
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and manage an emerging technologies innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
