Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders

- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
