- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ years market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
