Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 technology benchmarks
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive tech adoption patterns
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or green tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in prototyping and MVP development for futuristic solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
