Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.) for strategic relevance and business impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) highly valued
