Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Develop actionable innovation frameworks for cross-functional teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives
