- Oversee $15M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Present strategic briefings to UN Tech Council and congressional committees
- Manage global consortium of 200+ researchers in decentralized innovation networks
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 200+ applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with $10M+ budget oversight
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling technologies to 100M+ user deployments
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
